AUSTRALIAN GENERAL ENGINEERING VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT

Recently, LEVA was honored to be selected by the Owner – AUSTRALIAN GENERAL ENGINEERING VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY as a mechanical and electrical design consultant for the Australian General Engineering factory project at T5-B, Calmette Avenue, National Industrial Park. Te Protrade, An Tay commune, Ben Cat town, Binh Duong province, Vietnam.

The Australian General Engineering Vietnam Factory project is built on a land area of ​​10,209.5 m2. The project includes:1 four-storey office building with an area of ​​1962.8 m2, 1 factory with area of ​​4753.08 m2 used for mechanical processing, metal stamping, production of cutlery, hand tools, and Common metal utensils, metal products, metal structures.

The new factory is invested with a modern warehouse system to store a variety of products, uses advanced machinery and strictly complies with design specifications and quality management requirements ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 3834-2 standards.

LEVA’s priority consulting design solutions include modern technological advances, energy saving, human and environmental friendliness with the following highlights:

  • Applying new technical improvement solutions suitable to the workshop’s operating characteristics according to green standards and reducing CO2 emissions.
  • Select equipment with high economic efficiency, optimally calculate losses on the distribution system.
  • Synchronous planning of energy monitoring and management solutions.
  • Orientation for integration of renewable energy, future connection planning with capacity appropriate to the plant’s operations.
  • Optimize operation and maintenance.

The project is in line with the sustainable development trend, one of the necessary steps to contribute to a low-carbon economy, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
